With 31 years of experience in home maintenance, plumbing, heating, and cooling of all types, Mike Nolan knows what to look for and how to evaluate virtually any aspect of any house.
WHAT ABOUT US?
Mike Nolan has been working in the trades his entire working career. Experience includes; 31 years in the Plumbing and Hydronic heating field. Attended the West Side Institute of Technology, graduating with an associates degree as a Building Engineer and working in the Forced Air Heating and Air Conditioning field for the past 24 years.
In 2010 Mike attended a Home Inspection certification class from the American Home Inspection Training school. My company, Inform U LLC was created in 2011. He’s applied his mechanical skills to home inspection for the past 8 years.
A member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (AHSI), he is currently the Education Coordinator at the North Central Ohio chapter of ASHI.
Mike lives in Chardon, Ohio with his wife Kathy, 2 dogs, 4 cats, and an abundance of squirrels.
